Umbumbulu Community/Amakhosi Kohwa Greenhouse Project, in partnership with Kohwa Holdings Pty Ltd and an Israel based investor, Top Greenhouses, The project drew attention from the Parliamentary Small business Development Portfolio committee chaired by Mrs Ruth Bhengu, and R/1.5 billion was pledged for similar projects to be rolled throughout the country Greenfield radical transformation. His role in addition to facilitating investment and packaging the deal included undertaking farm assessments in the communities to link them to this project He also facilitated market linkage with the likes of Food Lovers Market, Checkers, Spar and Pick n Pay , to supply their central distribution facilities in KZN with the tunnel produced vegetables. The project drew the attention of SABC 2 Growing Tomorrow Program and was broadcast live as a successful community driven
